Registration for Winter 2021

2021-01-28 Update: Winter registration is now closed as we have reached our teaching capacity. OJLS thanks everyone for their interest and support. Please stay safe and we look forward to seeing you again next semester.

Returning students will receive instructions from their teachers on how to register. Please register within the designated window to save your spot.

For new students, registration will begin on Friday, January 29th. Please contact Ms. Kobayashi at kouchou@ojls.ca for a placement test to determine the best course for you to enrol in. Further instructions will be provided upon completion of this placement test.

Please note that we reserve the right to suspend the registration process without notice should the number of registrants exceed the class's capacity. Thank you for your understanding.

Online registration to open from September 8th, 2020 to September 12th, 2020

The Ottawa Japanese Language School will be open for online registration from Tuesday, September 8th, 2020 12:00 noon (Eastern Standard Time) to Saturday, September 12th, 2020 12:00 noon (Eastern Standard Time). Please submit your payment for enrolment using this site and then submit your registration details to us here. Please refer to the PDF documents below for an official statement from the board and more detailed instructions on how to register. We thank everyone again for their patience and understanding during this time and we hope you to see you in one of our online classes this semester!

Update on OJLS Classes for Fall 2020

The Ottawa Japanese Language School has decided that the Fall 2020 semester will be held online and there will be no in-person classes offered. We will continue to monitor and assess the feasibility of in-person classes on an ongoing basis. We do however have plans to offer Japanese courses online and are in the process of setting up an online registration form and online payment system. Please refer to the attached letter for more detailed information. We thank everyone for your continued patience and understanding.
